What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Analyst II position at Evolytics?
The Digital Analyst II will work directly with clients to address business questions with data. The analyst will be responsible for putting client business questions in context relative to broader organizational strategies and determining the best way to approach them with data. This work includes:

Thinking strategically about the analysis approach

Determining the most appropriate metrics and dimensions
-
Sourcing the data via Adobe Analytics
-
Interpreting the results in context to business and marketing initiatives
-
QAing/troubleshooting the data as necessary
-
Communicating the findings to the client
Digital Analytics skills will be required. At least a base knowledge of Adobe Analytics, as well as an interest in expanding those skills, is needed.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
As a Digital Analyst at Evolytics, you will consult with clients and manage deliverables to ensure strategic understanding, and use, of data by:

Partnering with clients to understand their business and measurement needs

Documenting reporting requirements via measurement plans
-
Developing new Adobe Analytics Workspaces and Power BI dashboards in support of business questions
-
Conducting analysis and identifying key insights
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and/or SQL skills
-
Skilled in interpreting business measurement/reporting needs
-
1 years of experience with digital marketing data (Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics/AdWords/CRM data) required
-
Able to derive business insight from data, and communicate implications
-
Minimum of a Bachelors degree, or a degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline

Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

Documenting reporting requirements via measurement plans

Determining KPIs to support business needs

Developing new Adobe Analytics Workspaces in support of business questions

Conducting analysis, identifying key insights, and formulating data-driven recommendations for optimization
-
Leading client relationships, and providing cross-functional project management for all client deliverables
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Intermediate Adobe Analytics skills

Skilled in interpreting business measurement/reporting needs

1 years of experience with digital marketing data (Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics/AdWords/CRM data) required

Able to translate data analysis into business and marketing optimization recommendations
