SUMMARY
A company that sells and leases heavy equipment machinery in Bakersfield CA is in need of a
equipment Finance Coordinator. The coordinate will work financing of equipment sales activities and provide administrative support, documentation and other paperwork.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Receive and process all credit applications and sales orders for equipment financing. Verify accuracy and completeness off all applications submitted including customer information and transactional information. Follow up with sales and operations team members to acquire any additional information required.
· Provide updates and feedback to sales team on status of deals submitted i.e.: approved, declined, conditioned, require more info for approval.
· Review/Generate/Distribute Loan & Lease documents as requested in either paper or electronic form. Confirm 100% accuracy of machine, customer, and finance information. Complete preliminary review of completed docs when returned to Finance dept. Upload invoices and required documentation to completed electronic documents prior to submittal.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One-year certificate from college or technical school and nine months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combinations of education and experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
