Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Lead Qualification Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow. You will be responsible for pre-qualifying leads, managing inside accounts, and supporting our sales team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Responsibilities:
· Pre-qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness for our sales team.
· Make calls on leads that have shown no activity to re-engage potential customers.
· Collaborate with leadership to manage smaller new accounts and assist with project management for larger accounts.
· Enter orders and manage some inside accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Provide backup support for leadership during their absences.
· Handle website sales calls, gather necessary information, check if the lead has already been contacted, and assign the lead appropriately.
· Work on new smaller company leads to generate business opportunities.
· Prepare quotes for potential clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· A proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
· Previous experience in sales or customer service.
· Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
· Demonstrates some Technical Aptitude or Mechanical Inclination

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
