Key Functions:
- Assist the property manager in the oversight and execution of building operations
- Assists with the hiring of team members, and providing continuous learning and development of their team
- Aids with securing lease agreements as well as the lease renewal process of current residents.
- Assists with all marketing and sales needs of the property
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
