NICE CXone Developer

The Consultant will perform a set of activities which include, but not limited to:

• Review the as-is business processes and document the technical design of the existing contact center solution.
• Assess the to-be business processes, use cases and business requirements.
• Perform a gap analysis and develop a technical design document of the new CXone solution that will meet the business needs.
• Serve as a technical lead in a Contact Center implementation project and review work products from the vendor.
• Provide cost-benefit analysis and recommendation based on industry best practices and standards.
• Provide oversight to the implementation vendor to ensure their work is aligned with strategic objectives and meets business requirements.
• Support in user acceptance test (UAT) by working with the vendor to resolve issues timely and with quality.
• Develop new or enhance existing functionality and interfaces based on business and IT requests.
• Provide support and maintenance of the contact center solution by resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests timely.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer to staff and provide any requested materials and content for transfer of knowledge.

Minimum Technical Qualifications:

• Working in a project implementing a NICE CXone contact center solution.
• Designing a NICE CXone solution that includes call center (CC), workforce management (WFM), quality assurance (QA), scheduling and after-call surveys.
• Configuring NICE CXone call menu, call flows, call back, call survey, call recording, skills-based routing, scheduling, QA evaluation, dashboard and reports.
• Developing NICE CXone self-services and interfaces between NICE CXone and other systems using RESTful or SOAP technologies.
• Providing on-the-job training and knowledge transfer to business and IT staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Up to $93.50 per hour
