Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner in the analysis of program quality and safety metrics to determine the need for QI intervention. These metrics include but are not limited to external QA, licensing and monitoring reports, internal QA reports and data on critical incidents, key performance indicators and other quality relevant measures to prepare reports, recommendations, and ensure compliance as required.
- Partner in the development and monitoring of QI initiatives providing subject matter expertise.
- Maintain project schedules, databases or other required tools that accurately and proactively document, track, evaluate and report assigned specialist or program tasks.
- Promote and advocate for improvements to the workforce system as related to the primary purpose of the Quality Management Plan
- Contribute as a member of the Quality team to perform all functions, as necessary, through cross training and joint support to design and implement a quality management system that oversees sampling, satisfaction surveys, data collection, systems analysis, evaluation, and redesign to respond to the requirements of the Quality Management Plan.
- Provide accurate, professional representation of workforce development to community groups, including speaking engagements and other public relation functions, as designated.
- Monitor usage of automated tracking systems, analyze outcome data, and prepare reports.
- As assigned may perform the duties below:
- Review of program files.
- Monitoring of state systems.
- Data Validation and reporting.
- Scheduling of staff within career centers.
- Monthly monitoring review checklists.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University or a combination of education and experience
- 3 years of workforce development experience required. Previous QA experience is preferred.
- Possess knowledge of statutes, contract terms and Quality Management standards including data analytics process. Ability to learn and utilize other software programs (such as FSFN and CoBRIS).
- Must have an appropriate and valid state driver’s license and be able to meet requirements for Eckerd’s Auto Insurance and be able to drive for business purposes.

Training services include occupational skills training, customized training, on-the-job training, incumbent worker training, and transitional employment opportunities. We provide youth with development, academic instruction, career & technical education, and access to the 14 WIOA Youth Elements.
