Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with 3-5 years of experience in the staffing industry, focusing on both temporary staffing and direct hire for large and small accounts. This hybrid role allows you to work both remotely and from our Connecticut office. As a Business Development Manager at Excel Partners, you will play a key role in driving business growth, expanding our client base, and delivering customized staffing solutions that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand Client Portfolio: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within HR, Admin, Accounting, and Finance sectors, focusing on both large and small accounts.
  • Foster Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with precision and tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction and successful placement outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify strategic growth areas.
  • Present Compelling Proposals: Develop and present persuasive proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value of partnering with Excel Partners.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of business development experience in the staffing industry, with a proven track record in both temporary staffing and direct hire.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the HR, Admin, Accounting, and Finance sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on client engagement and relationship management.
