Role
Our company is hiring an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing, organic, and paid advertising efforts across various platforms to create a steady stream of leads for our 3rd Party Logistics company. This role must execute on creating and managing successful organic content, lead generation funnels, and managing paid advertising costs to hit strategic KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Work with our team to brainstorm, edit and post 3 high-quality organic content pieces per week.
- Optimize and improve our website copy, branding, and lead magnets to improve CTR, SEO, and lead generation
- Deliver high-converting funnels and outstanding paid ads focusing on troubleshooting, strategizing, and meeting KPIs on platforms like Facebook, instagram, Google, Linkedin, and Tiktok.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, and CTR to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and achieve maximum efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Design and build out our CRM system to ensure leads are followed up with regularly and consistently.
- Engage with stakeholders transparently, providing regular and insightful updates on campaign performance against KPIs and offering strategic recommendations based on data analysis for ongoing optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to drive innovation.
Results
To thrive in this role, you must merge the creative, art side of advertising with the strategic, science side. Performance will be gauged on metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and overall revenue and profitability of ad campaigns. Here are the results we expect out of this role.
- Lead Generation Machine: The goal is to consistently create high-quality organic content and paid advertising to create a steady stream of new leads every month.
- Decrease in CPA: The better our organic content and ad creatives, the lower the cost to acquire customers. This is a major driving force for scaling the business.
- Increase in Revenue & Profitability: The better our advertising campaigns perform, the more we can afford to spend on advertising, which leads to substantial growth in revenue and profitability for the company.
- High-Converting Funnels: Develop and optimize high-converting lead generation funnels to achieve maximum conversion rates.
- World-Class Follow-Up: Build out our email marketing and follow-up funnels to ensure we are top of mind as leads are making their buying decisions.
- Hitting Deadlines & Budgets: All deliverables should be completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a proven track record
- Expertise with creating organic content, editing, and posting across multiple channels.
- Expertise in managing paid ads on Facebook, YouTube, Google, and other platforms.
- Proven results in developing and optimizing lead generation funnels for maximum conversions.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
- Excellent understanding of budget management.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
