What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR/Recruiter position at Excelligence?
The ideal candidate will be an experienced high-volume recruiter with the ability to manage the full recruit & hire process from candidate sourcing to first day of work. Must be excellent at time management as well as ability to multi task while engaging and nurturing the pipeline of applicants. In this position you will be expected to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain talent. During peak this will require filling up to 200 seasonal and full time positions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment campaigns based on hiring needs
- Source and review applications
- Develop and maintain pipeline of eligible candidates
- Conduct interviews
- Qualify or reject candidates based on needs
- Develop and run job fairs as needed
- Track and report plans, expected and achieved results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equal experience in HR/Recruiting
- Experience working with applicant tracking
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Results driven
- Strong ownership
- Data driven
