Job Description:
Looking for an account executive/account manager for an established personal lines book to manage around 2 M in premium.
Commercial experience is a plus as we will need another commercial account manager by next year and could shift to that role.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance
Comprehensive understanding of property and casualty insurance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proven track record of managing a portfolio of high net worth clients
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies
Knowledge of industry trends and regulations
Ability to mentor and train junior staff members
