Excelraise, LLC is a rapidly growing full service IT solutions integrator and talent management company headquartered in Denver, CO. Our valued client*s includes fortune 500 companies, Government Agencies.
Currently we are looking for a qualified individual to work as an Programmer with our direct client in 10311 Wilson Boulevard in Blythewood, South Carolina.
Scope of the Project:
- SCDMV Employs A Multi-Tiered Architecture In Its Core Business Systems. The Business Application Tier Utilizes Microfocus Visual Cobol Running Under Iis On MS Windows 2016 Servers.
- Candidate will also be involved with SCDMV financial processing functions and with some aspects of vehicle registration and titling.
- This engineer will work closely and will be involved with both the UI Tiers which are MS .Net Applications (Vb.Net, C#.Net) and the Oracle Database Tier.
- Production trouble shooting support will be expected so production support experience is required.
- This contractor will be expected to work with minimal supervision, Will be in direct contact with business area specialists, develop technical approaches and designs, code, test, and support these functions.
- Oral And Written Communications Skills Must Be Excellent.

- Current and relevent cobol development with microfocus visual cobol using visual studio 2015-2022 in windows server 2016-2022 under iis.
- Application programming against rdbms (oracle, sql).
- SQL for oracle DB.
- Enterprise multi-tier system design and architecture
