As a pivotal member of our marketing and admissions team, you'll be at the heart of fostering strong relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians/practices, social workers, case managers, ALF, Home Health services, and the wider community. Your mission will be to raise awareness about the exceptional healthcare services our centers provide and ensure a seamless transition for both existing and future residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and deliver compelling marketing presentations to diverse communities
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with local physicians, social service departments, hospital discharge planners, and other professionals
• Collaborate with these stakeholders to educate and illuminate the full spectrum of services offered by our facility
• Facilitate resident admissions, including coordinating transportation and handling admissions paperwork
• Support families and residents in comprehending facility policies, procedures, and service-related charges
• Conduct proactive follow-ups with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction with our top-tier services
