Job Title: Part-Time Social Worker Assistant

Job Description:

Salary: $18/hr

Minimum job qualifications:

  • Completed coursework in Social Work or Psychology.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of social work principles and practices.

Job Duties:

  • Participate in discharge planning and social care plans.
  • Interview residents and families for social history.
  • Collaborate with community resources for safe patient transitions.
  • Embrace new methods and principles in social services.
  • Assist full-time Licensed Social Worker in day-to-day operations.
