Job Posting for E-ZPass NY Customer Service Center at Excelsior Engineering
We are looking for someone to fill in a customer service position who can support us in the following areas:
E-ZPass NY Customer Service Center business rules and processes
Conduent Vector database query support with extensive knowledge of Vector database and the ability to efficiently extract data meeting customer requests
Diagnose/debug reconciliation issues between RTCS (roadside system) and the NYCSC with extensive knowledge of current Interface Control Document (ICD) and data flows between the systems
Assist with DMV agreements
Review SLA compliance based on familiarity with existing SLAs and update compliance documentation/reports
Assist with collection agency invoicing
Assist with tag purchases, projections, budgeting, and tag swap program
Report on weekly and monthly CSC call center activity/statistics
Analyze and provide guidance on various NYCSC reports and data as requested
