Duties And Core Responsibilities
- Oversee, manage, and document all job site activities
- Manage field personnel based on the project plan
- Understand and implement the Field Standard Operating Procedures
- Develop a project schedule with the PM and update as needed
- Constantly be in communication with the Project Manager about all project updates or issues
- Establish effective working relationships with our team as well as subcontractors
- Update the look ahead schedule on a weekly basis
- Confirm that subcontracts have all necessary paperwork to operate safely and efficiently
- Ensure that all activities are being performed in accordance with OSHA on a daily basis
- Maintain the job site to meet company standards
- Complete daily reports and maintain activity logs, files, and shop drawings
- Manage material deliveries
- Perform other tasks as needed
- 3 years of Superintendent experience for a licensed General Contractor
- Prior experience working on multifamily projects is a huge plus
- Wood framing, podium, steel, or concrete experience is a huge plus
- Must be able to provide own transportation to job sites
- Must have experience as the Lead or 2nd Super on multiple ground up projects
- Excellent base salary ($120,000 - $160,000 depending on experience)
