Inside Sales Representative - machine toolRockford, IL $60k-$65k plus bonus $10k-$12k40-year-old machine tool company is growing and needs an additional Inside Sales Representative to develop sales proposals, cost estimates, and post-sale documentation for capital equipment solutions.
Research and provide costing and pricing information for creation of technical quotations and detailing of requirements for machine tool solutions, along with machine tooling and optional equipment and / or software for new and remanufactured machine tools.
Validate and develop costs for new and CNC remanufactured machine tools. Develop and update standard cost estimates.Develop costs for machine tool product product / service solutions, interfacing with new machine sales staff, engineering staff, operations staff, and applications staff to gain input and approval for material and labor related costs, and technical descriptions.
Facilitate among new machine sales staff, engineering staff, and operations staff during sales estimating and costing process.
Assist with technical presentations and technical quotations for new and remanufactured machine products.Assist sales staff with customer technical specifications to create cost estimates and quotations to meet customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports, manage new machine sales CRM.Review purchase orders and contract terms.Review and confirm contract specifications prior to issuance of written acknowledgment of receipt of order.
