Job Posting: Office Clerk - 29276

Position Type: Full Time - Regular

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hr

Position Summary: We're currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Representative to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to maintain exceptional service standards, promptly address customer inquiries, and cultivate a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold an unparalleled level of customer care while projecting a friendly and collaborative attitude within a dynamic office environment, leveraging impeccable organizational skills.
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails related to service and supply requests for copiers, printers, intelligent lockers, and mailing products.
  • Play a pivotal role in preparing and setting up conference/training rooms for meetings, offering valuable assistance during setup and teardown.
  • Conduct efficient workstation resets to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Initiate, process, and oversee inventory, service, and supply orders and returns.
  • Thoroughly document information in logs and reports with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate closely with third-party vendors to follow up and escalate service and supply requests on an ongoing basis.
  • Engage in regular interactions with Customers, Service Technicians, Managers, and vendors to facilitate streamlined communication.
  • Exhibit proficiency in managing shared email inboxes to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
  • Contribute actively to cross-training endeavors and willingly take on assigned tasks as part of a flexible approach.

Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or similar.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in common computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Experience as a Site Representative and/or a minimum of 1 year of demonstrated proficiency in a related functional area a plus
  • Hands-on experience with basic maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment, such as printers and copiers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling professional and urgent interactions with end-users.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, particularly over the telephone.
  • Adept at both collaborative teamwork and independent work.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Adherence to company attendance policies.
  • Physical capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and comfortably stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to engage in significant walking as part of the role's requirements.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs and support team coverage.

Pay Disclosure:

"The pay range for this position starts at $20.00; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.”
