Job Summary: As Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in supporting our creative team in producing visually compelling and effective design solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation: Create high-quality and innovative visual designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, digital banners, email templates, and more.

Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop design concepts that effectively communicate the intended message and align with project goals and brand guidelines.

Layout and Composition: Use design software and tools to arrange visual elements, typography, and imagery in an aesthetically pleasing and harmonious manner.

Image Editing: Edit and manipulate images, photographs, and illustrations to enhance their quality and suitability for various design projects.

Typography: Select and apply appropriate fonts and typography styles to ensure readability and visual appeal in all design materials.

Color Theory: Understand and apply color theory principles to create visually appealing color palettes that resonate with the target audience.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints, reinforcing brand identity.

Feedback Incorporation: Actively participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from senior designers and project stakeholders to refine and improve designs.

File Management: Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project documentation for efficient collaboration and future reference.

Deadline Adherence: Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and contribute to a productive and efficient design workflow.

Stay Current: Stay updated on industry trends, design software, and best practices to continually improve your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to create 3D renderings of the products we sell.

Working Conditions:

  • This position is in person at our offices.
  • May require occasional work outside of standard business hours to meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer for design work.
  • Collaborative work environment with opportunities for creative brainstorming and teamwork.
