For over 50 years, Exotic Automation & Supply has been a Michigan base supplier and we are looking for talent to join the team with the exact skill set of a Retail Manager.
This is a dynamic position that works very closely with the Human Resources and Executive team. We will teach you our business model and provide you the necessary training to excel in daily responsibilities. The position responsibilities are a mix of internal customer service, high level administrative support and Human Resource Generalist duties.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- College degree preferred, will consider equivalent work experience.
- Three-Five (3-5) years customer service and/or administrative experience.
- Advanced customer service attributes.
- Previous experience dealing with confidential information.
- Proven success in handling multiple tasks/responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to learn new concepts and apply them successfully.
- Advanced self-motivation skills and strong detail orientation.
- Intermediate PC skills.
- Organizational skills required to prioritize, plan and coordinate work activities and resources in area of responsibility.
