Role: This is a full-time on-site role (see schedule below) for a Senior Account Manager at EXP in Seattle.
At EXP Events, client relationships are our top priority. As an Account Manager working on our sales and revenue team, you will be instrumental in driving client acquisition and developing inbound business leads, and supporting our team in selling events and creative experiences. In this role, your focus will be on enhancing our sales strategies, fostering new client relationships with inbound and assigned accounts, and ensuring clients have a seamless experience through the sales and event process.
Qualifications
- 4 or more years working in Account Management, Sales Management, or Event Management with a proven track record of nurturing and closing inbound business leads
- Excellent Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning skills
- Excellent understanding of Sales Pipelines, and Sales ProcessesProject
- Management and Delivery Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Leadership and collaboration skills
- Experience in the events, media, or creative industry
- Experience with Business Development, Networking

Tasks & Role Responsibilities
- Present promote, and sell products, services, and ideas to prospective clients through our sales process
- Nurture, qualify, and close new leads and opportunities
- Coordinate and track sales timelines and deliverables with team members and other departments
- Share contracts, estimates, Invoices, and other sales collateral with clients
- Assist with creating proposals, presentations, and other creative collateral for clients
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Support production and on-site event teams to manage accounts through the completion of the project/event
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- As available, attending industry networking events and supporting opportunities to develop new business
- As needed, supporting the development of sales pipeline processes and scaling sales functionality
Base Salary: $73,000-$82,000 (DOE)
Schedule: M-Thurs, in-office (9-4) at our offices in Pioneer Square. Fridays: Flexible Working Option (Remote or In Office)
