Qualifications:

  • 2 years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making skills.
  • Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback, and eager to provide it.
  • High energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results individually and as a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Service Leader:

  • Lead an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor by assessing customer connection and providing product education.
  • Support team members through feedback and coaching.
  • Build and maintain client relationships on a daily basis.
  • Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, implementing action plans, and highlighting growth opportunities.
  • Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives.

Business Leader:

  • Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies.
  • Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and customer needs.

People Leader:

  • Lead by example and inspire staff in daily operations and customer experience.
  • Directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, responsible for recruitment and talent development.
  • Use company performance tools to evaluate each operations associate and provide constant feedback for individual growth.

Business Partner:

  • Collaborate with Community & Studio, Operations, and Visual Leads to ensure cross-functional training and effective business execution.
  • Execute company-level operations-focused directives, projects, and initiatives in partnership with the Sales & Service Manager.

Compensation:

  • The Company’s Lead base pay ranges from $15.00 - $22.00 per hour in Philadelphia Manayunk.
  • Leads are eligible for the Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, potentially increasing total compensation.
  • Additional rewards may include employee discount, 401K, competitive medical, dental, and vision plans, *Fulltime.
