- 2 years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
- Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Service Leader:
- Lead an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor by assessing customer connection and providing product education.
- Support team members through feedback and coaching.
- Build and maintain client relationships on a daily basis.
- Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, implementing action plans, and highlighting growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives.
Business Leader:
- Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies.
- Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and customer needs.
People Leader:
- Lead by example and inspire staff in daily operations and customer experience.
- Directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, responsible for recruitment and talent development.
- Use company performance tools to evaluate each operations associate and provide constant feedback for individual growth.
Business Partner:
- Collaborate with Community & Studio, Operations, and Visual Leads to ensure cross-functional training and effective business execution.
- Execute company-level operations-focused directives, projects, and initiatives in partnership with the Sales & Service Manager.

Compensation:
- The Company’s Lead base pay ranges from $15.00 - $22.00 per hour in Philadelphia Manayunk.
- Leads are eligible for the Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, potentially increasing total compensation.
