What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Account Executive position at Expedient?
Expedient is a fast-growing provider of multi-cloud technology solutions, server colocation, IT disaster recovery, cybersecurity and managed Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS). Our business is flourishing and ground-level, growth opportunities to join our sales team are available in multiple cities.
We have an exciting new position available for Associate Account Executives in Columbus, Ohio; Phoenix, Arizona; Charlotte, North Carolina; Memphis, Tennessee and Boston, Massachusetts.
This position will be open to professionals with 2 to 3 years of sales experience, looking to jump-start a career in IT Sales. We are looking for individuals with an interest in technology who want to learn and apply best sales practices with a strong desire to advance their IT Sales Careers with a great team.

Responsibilities
- Meet objective sales metrics for prospecting activity, setting new meetings, partner collaboration, attendance at local/regional events, etc.
- Learn and master core Expedient selling tools to achieve success (Salesforce, 6Sense, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Chorus, Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Bring the Expedient story to the market in a way that increases brand awareness & drives top of funnel leads for the local/regional sales team
- Identify decision-makers and buying groups among targeted leads to initiate the sales process
- Understand and convey the Expedient mission and expansive products and solutions to future clients
- Work with the marketing, sales, and partner teams to identify prospects indicating intent based on AI-based tooling
- Partner effectively with the marketing team to ensure timely dispensation of leads
- Drive attendance to webinars & in-market events & follow up with attendees on next steps & level of interest

- Some experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn
