Our client, in the Medical Device industry is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Title, you will be part of the Maintenance team supporting Production.

Pay Range : 45,000 - 60,000
Maintenance Technician III
Overview :
This role is responsible for the upkeep and repair of manufacturing equipment, tooling, and facility infrastructure. The Maintenance Technician III will troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, install and modify machinery, and construct custom tooling to support production operations.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Equipment Maintenance : Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on production machinery, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Installation and Modification : Install new equipment, modify existing machinery, and collaborate with engineering to optimize production processes.
- Tooling and Fixture Fabrication : Design, build, and repair jigs, fixtures, and other tooling to support manufacturing operations.
- PLC and Automation : Program and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, robotics, and automation equipment.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols, including lockout / tagout procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications :
- Technical Degree or 4 Year Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of three years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC skills.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and welding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
