Experis/ManpowerGroup has partnered with a Federal Integrator to assist in identifying a Security Analyst.
Role Description:
Our client is modernizing one of its Federal client's Oracle E-Business (OeB) Finance Systems and migrating to Oracle ERP Cloud (SaaS). The following modules are in scope for this modernization:
- Oracle Time and Labor
- Projects
- Financials to include (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Mgmt, Tax)
- Procurement.
In addition, the environment also includes Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Autonomous Databases etc. in the PaaS layer and Compute Units and associated components in the IaaS layer.
- Responsible for setup and ongoing maintenance of DevOps platform (Jenkins)
- Defining the DevOps pipeline for deploying the code to Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Autonomous Databases.
- Monitor and Execute the DevOps Pipelines for Code Migrations
- Setup initial OCI network and compute/environments.
- Setup PaaS environments like OIC, DBaaS, ATP
- Environment monitoring, issue resolution, Technical Service Request Management
- Environment access control in coordination with security teams policies
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree
-Must be a US citizen
-Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
-Technical Skills:
- Cloud Application Security - Intermediate
- Security Risk Assessment - Intermediate
- Cloud Security Risk Management - Intermediate
-Experience with Oracle Government Cloud
-Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM modules
-Experience in Oracle Risk Management Cloud
-Experience with functions and features of the Security Console like building custom roles by tailoring Oracle seeded roles per the business requirement and User administration activities like add/modify user accounts, add/remove roles, assign data security context and assign profiles etc.
-Experience in implementing role-based security, Oracle Applications Cloud Quarterly patch analysis and regression testing, supporting Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including configuration in lower environments, migration, and QA, reviewing, audit end user accounts, permissions, and access rights, performing segregation of duties (SoD) and mitigating risks.
-Experience with using and securing Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reports/data models/subject areas/analysis.
-Experience in coordinating with development teams.
