Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess physical function and limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to facilitate recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, techniques, and equipment usage.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred.
