Job Description
What you will be doing:
Coordinate student programs including planning goals, designing instructional programs, scheduling and monitoring programs.
Complete/monitor completion of documents for staff and students.
Arrange physical environment to foster maximum learning.
Experience you will need:
Bachelor's degree in special education or a related field (master's degree preferred).
RI Department of Education certification in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD/DD).
At least one-year experience as a special education teacher is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about special education and committed to improving the lives of children with special needs.
A valid driver's license and insured auto.
