Job Posting for Department Assistant at Expert Staffing West
Expert Staffing West is looking for a department assistant in our spice company in Oceanside. You would work Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm NO Overtime NO weekend pay: $21.00-23.00 an hour DOE *Please Note this is an Entry Level position, customer service, some background in sales and heavy corresponding is key, also being able to multitask and do various task for all departments.
Answer phones
· Communicate via phone and email with vendors, brokers and customers
· Clerical support for various departments
· Process documents
· Assist all departments with various special projects
· Filing
· Ship samples to customers
· Run occasional errands
· Assist with trade shows
