We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Telechat. As a Telechat, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients through telephone conversations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and pricing
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information in the database
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues or concerns
- Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and escalate problems as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a professional and efficient work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
