About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to provide exceptional customer service, close new deals, and manage team accounts in a technology-related market space. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be passionate about technology.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan
- Manage all team accounts and provide customer service through chat, calls, refunds, billing, and onboarding
- Build a support process to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
- Minimize onboarding friction for new team accounts
- Recommend potential products or services to meet customer needs
- Manage a high volume of calls/chats, generate sales leads, and maintain detailed records
- Identify individual needs, build trust, and provide accurate information to engage customers
- Sell products and services as needed
- Work collaboratively with marketing and community teams
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, customer service, and account management in a technology-related market space
- Excellent communication skills
Salary : $35,000 - $55,000
