Overview
EXPLEO USA is looking for a Marketing Manager to join a dynamic and expanding team in Wichita, KS. This position is responsible for the marketing of the North American engineering and technology business. You will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing Director as well as sales, HR teams and global industry marketing teams. You will be responsible for go to market campaigns, recruitment marketing, corporate initiatives, and communications to key audiences, with the objective of improving employee and client engagement across North America.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will cover all aspects of marketing including content creation, events, digital, social media, sales enablement and analytics and measurement.
- Support the North America marketing strategy for the technology and engineering business.
- Work closely with the North American Business Development and Marketing Director to ensure an integrated sales and marketing approach.
- Evaluate market intelligence including customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to drive strategic marketing investment.
- Work with global marketing and recruitment leads to implement local marketing campaigns including but not limited to proposition development, content management, digital campaign management, SEO, events, social media and advertising.
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as Yammer, social media and email newsletters.
- Sales enablement communication across the business.
- Work closely with key stakeholders and sales function to understand their requirements and targets.
- Ensure communication messages are consistent and aligned to brand guidelines across all mediums and for different departments of the organization.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Manage and guide external suppliers and agencies.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging.
Qualifications:
- 4 years’ experience in marketing and at least 3 years of experience within a B2B brand, with a preference for automotive or aerospace background
- Experience in technology or engineering sector
- Experience of implementing multichannel marketing campaigns
- Confident copywriter
- Evidence of social media planning, execution and measurement
- Experience of SEO and digital writing techniques
- Experience using Salesforce and Account Engagement, previously Pardot, would be advantageous.
- Great organizational, prioritization and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Previous experience of working with external agencies – including copywriters, creatives and digital agencies.
- Self-motivated and good at creating and maintaining relationships.
- Seeks and enjoys responsibility and autonomy.
