NOW INTERVIEWING FOR BATHROOM REMODELERS WITH EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN CARPENTRY, GENERAL REMODELING, AND BASIC PLUMBING SKILLS.
Job Requirement:
- Lead installer for bathroom renovations: demolition, installation of new shower/tub acrylic projects
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work full time, Monday – Friday with weekend availability
- Have a strong attention to detail
Skills/Experience:
- Bath remodeling experience preferred
- Home repair, handyman, carpentry, make ready, or renovation experience
- Good communication and basic math skills
- Excellent coordination and perceptiveness of surroundings
- Dependable with exceptional time management
- Strong work ethic
- Active listening, problem-solving, critical thinking
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- High school or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Available to work a full-time schedule
- Weekend availability
- Authorized to work in the United States
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps
- Repeating motions with or without heavy tools in hand
- Ability to regularly stand, sit, squat, twist, reach and bend for prolonged periods of time
