What the Position is About:
- Lead and motivate a team of 8 -10 call center members.
- Recruit, hire, and train call center personnel to help grow the call center team
- Refine and execute training curriculum for the call center team
- Prepare work schedules to ensure efficient coverage
- Write/edit call scripts for different campaigns and audiences
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop call center budgets
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and performance feedback to the team
- Monitor and analyze call center metrics and reports to identify trends, address performance gaps, and implement process improvements
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Inbound/Outbound call center experience is required
- Experience in the home improvement industry is ideal, but not required
- Call center leadership experience
- Strong training experience
- In-home appointment setting and scripting experience is a plus
- Retail and event experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
