We are actively recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrative Assistant for our client, a manufacturing company in Devens, MA. This is a DIRECT HIRE position. This position will be responsible for entering, organizing, and analyzing production, inventory, and other supply chain data
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry into the various systems including Excel, QuickBooks, CRM and ERP software
- Track and report data related to production and inventory levels
- Scan documents as needed to convert to electronic data
- Organize and maintain records and information
- Review documents for accuracy and to ensure completeness
- Other administrative and data entry responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous data entry or other administrative experience required
- At least 2 years' supply chain or procurement experience required
This is a DIRECT HIRE position. The hours are Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM but can be flexible. The salary range is $50K-$63K.
