Sales and Marketing/Office Manager

Express Graphics is an established printing, and promotional product provider. We are growing and would like to add a sales professional to our team.

A printing and promotional sales representative is responsible for the sales of printed and branded goods for their company. To succeed in this job, you must actively create relationships with current and prospective clients and give the overall best possible service to clients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will consist mostly of prospecting for new customers. You will have an opportunity to show off your creative side with new marketing strategies. Following up with former customers to ensure satisfaction or to help them reorder additional materials, drawing up presentations and proposals for jobs, and learning about new products or services available at your company. You may have additional duties as a printing sales representative that relate to marketing and advertising.

Compensation includes salary and a generous commission plan. We also offer a 401K with a company match and profit sharing

EXPERIENCE

Interested candidates should have 2-4 years of selling experience--management experience is also preferred. Experience in sheet fed /digital printing, signs/wide format, apparel, or promotional products helpful but not necessary; we have a collaborative and experienced team of employees who will help and train the successful

candidate.

NEW BUSINESS

Outside prospecting calls, lead generation and follow-up calls/visits to marketing program leads*

Identify as the primary contact within key accounts, making personal contact with key personnel*

Make phone calls and attend face to face meetings regularly*

MARKETING LEADS

Qualify and converting incoming customer requests for pricing and other information*.

Help build target lists for marketing to reach your clients/prospects

Call clients and Potential clients we target with marketing outreach

Create and execute Vertical Marketing Campaigns

MANAGEMENT

Work directly under the owner to make sure all jobs are in production and delivered on time. Express Graphics prides itself on delivering all projects on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
