Customer Service Rep - $18/hr.
A local company is searching for a Customer Service Rep. Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the Customer Service Rep to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls, e-mails, and chat. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we document calls and submit orders creating an informed Customer Service Rep team. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 35 words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential. This innovative company is moving fast and often promotes from within. Some seasonal overtime hours are offered. Our Customer Service Rep is vital to our success. This is a temporary assignment.
