The IT Systems Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for the IT department, site manager, area and regional managers and other Corporate Support Staff. This role assists the corporate team in ensuring that site IT infrastructure is installed and maintained to a pristine condition and assists with administration, procurement and record keeping for the IT department.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Install and troubleshoot Windows based PC’s, routers, switches, access points, and peripherals.
- Install and troubleshoot Apple/Android based tablets and phones.
- Install/Terminate/Test and troubleshoot CAT5/6 data cables and termination points.
- Be able to work with the local ISP to setup/install and resolve internet/phone issues.
- Have excellent Wi-Fi troubleshooting skills with all types of wireless devices.
- Be able to setup and configure Digital Signage TV’s, printers and other connected peripherals.
- Be able to setup, configure and troubleshoot NVR, DVR and or network cameras and systems.
- Be able to setup, configure and troubleshoot basic point of sale systems.
- Be able to perform other business critical tasks not directly related to primary role.

Summary of Experience
- Associates Degree in Computer Science or applicable Certifications.
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) Certification.
- Customer service experience in a professional environment.
- 3 years of IT support in a professional environment.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- High level proficiency with Windows & Apple based computing, texting, emailing, internet.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of General Customer Service tactics.
- Ability to work under pressure and have strong organizational skills.
- Ability to respond to changing work environments and task prioritization.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Ability to climb, crawl, crouch, feel, grasp, hear, see, kneel, lift, pull, push, reach, stoop, walk and talk.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. and climb a ladder.
- Ability to use power and hand tools.
- Valid state driver’s license and willingness to travel from local city to city.
