Responsibilities

.

The Sr RFID Systems Analyst is responsible for leading the analytics work for our newly implemented RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) solution. This role closely partners with peers and leaders in Store Operations and Associate Experience, as well as with Functional, Technical, and Field partners. The responsibilities of this role include leading analytical, operational and technical planning and support ensuring overall success of the RFID program through development and consistent execution of new solutions and reporting.

  • Design and distribute RFID reporting and analytics along with directives to Field Leaders to influence and drive behaviors to maximize all RFID functions
  • .
  • Identify and implement best practices
  • .
  • Work in partnership with the Stores Learning and Development team by providing content in order to develop training materials to drive consistency across the chain
  • .
  • Report on and recognize top performers and coach bottom performers to drive sustainability and promote exceptional execution with the technology
  • .
  • Work closely with and manage the relationship with RFID Vendor to gain detailed understanding of potential enhancements and run cost/benefits analyses for business justification purposes
  • .
  • Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and savings against commitments, following up with key stakeholders to ensure results are being met
  • .
  • Identify any potential operational issues or reporting gaps, and help provide solutions to improve performance
  • .
  • Provide subject matter expertise on all data, processes, and procedures related to RFID, influencing strategic RFID decisions and serving as lead resource to other departments regarding RFID
  • .

Required Experience & Qualifications

    .
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Systems, or other relevant area) or equivalent experience
  • .
  • 3-5 years’ retail/store operations experience
  • .
  • Process, procedure and policy experience
  • .
  • Strong combination of understanding stores’ operational needs and fiscal responsibility
  • .
