Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a bonus for serving our diverse customer base
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Technical sales knowledge is advantageous for selling specialized products
- Must be multilingual to effectively communicate with customers from different backgrounds
