Position Requirements
- Collaborate with all functions to implement cross functional teamwork within the entire corporation.
- Manage an operating system to oversee strategic activities that are critical to the short-term and long-term success of the business and achieve key performance indicator goals.
- Resolve and provide root cause/corrective action for distribution problems or complaints.
- Manage and lead team members within the warehouse to ensure growth and development.
- Analyze the financial impact of proposed distribution and logistics changes to create long-term and short-term financial projections and key performance indicators.
- Ensure strict safety and compliance requirements are adhered to, quality, service and performance standards are met, and the proper development and coaching of their team.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is required.
- 5 years of related experience is required.
- 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
- Experience with IATF and ISO requirements preferred
