The Role:

Role & Responsibilities
- Candidate will rotate throughout various business functions with the intent of gaining valuable experience/exposure. Each of these rotations should be between 6-8 months and ultimately culminate at about the 18–20-month mark
- May work on productivity related activities within the organization
- Will take complex data and sometimes unrelated sets, analyze, collated, and interpret into business actions and initiatives
Minimum Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, prefer a graduate business degree e.g., MBA or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
- Strong analytical skills required e.g., demonstrated ability to take data from varying sources, analyse, interpret, and use to make business decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
