Summer Marketing Associate

Exterior Custom Solutions is looking for someone to be the next Telemarketer!

Responsibilities:

Contact homeowners to schedule a free estimate on windows, doors, siding, and bath/shower systems. No selling. No contracts. No collecting payment. Just set the appointment and an experienced rep will handle the rest. Must be comfortable overcoming objections and being told NO! Must have the ability and desire to make outbound calls consistently. Sales experience (outside/inside, retail, telemarketing, event marketing, canvassing, cold calling) preferred. Our pay is AMAZING!!! The more experienced you become, the more money you make.

The right candidate will be able to make the script their own. Sound natural, upbeat, and professional. Position entails talking to people from different social, economic, and cultural backgrounds. Must be able to hold a conversation, so the person on the other line enjoys talking to you. Basic computer skills and typing skills will be required. All training will happen on the job.

Full-time or Part-time shifts available: FT M-F 9am-6pm or PT 9am-1pm or 2pm-6pm. Additional opportunities to work events and canvass.

COMPENSATION: Hourly pay Monthly and Yearly Bonuses!
