We are currently seeking a Business Office Coordinator who is passionate about making a difference for our Calabasas Community! 

Position Pay: Starting at $66,560 per year

Shift Schedule(s): Full-time, Monday - Friday

The non-negotiables: 

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three or more years of business office management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of general payroll processes and principles
  • Two or more years of human resources experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must clear a criminal background check, physical, and drug screening

What you will be doing: 

  • Process bi-weekly payroll and handle payroll-related matters
  • Manage the associate lifecycle, including onboarding and off-boarding 
  • Maintain team member personnel information and records
  • Champion the on-boarding process for new team members
  • Promote associate engagement, morale, and team-oriented events
  • Follow all Silverado policies and programs
  • Coordinate IT account setup for new associates
  • Order office supplies and maintain license and certificate files
  • Assist with worker comp events and team member accommodations
  • Perform other assigned duties
