Donor Services Coordinator II
Job Posting for Donor Services Coordinator II at Extremity Care
Purpose:
The Donor Services Coordinator II is responsible for maintaining the electronic medical records and assist with donor record files.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review donor testing in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Differentiate between acceptable and unacceptable serology and tissue culture testing, promptly reporting any unacceptable findings to the team.
- Communicate and escalate quality issues to Management, as necessary.
- Support Donor Services Review Specialists with document research, file pulling and chart scanning.
- File and maintain donor records and testing results in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Maintain working knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Starting job duties on time, staying on the job throughout the assigned shift to complete duties properly, and attending all scheduled meetings and appointments.
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to secure and maintain a favorable background investigation and clearance.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an FDA regulated environment for HCT/Ps and/or medical devices (or related field)
