What Role You Will Play In Our Team
- Oversee operations for our recycling facilities, water transfer to drilling, water transfers to frack locations.
- This person will be responsible for the safe, efficient operation of our water delivery and recycling operations in Carlsbad, New Mexico
- Be responsible for the safe, efficient operation of our water delivery and recycling operations.
- Oversee daily operations of 3rd party vendors to safely accomplish tasks.
- Assist in finding ways to improve processes to be more efficient
- Work with operation foreman on daily basis to ensure constant communication and coordination.
- Assist Research and Development (R&D) time to time with new sustainable water handling technologies such as enhanced evaporation.
- Deliver 100% everyday
Skills and Qualifications
- Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work with engineers, production foremen, field personnel, and chemical vendors.
- Should possess good computer skills in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Previous experience working in the Delaware Basin preferred.
- Demonstrate ability to perform all job duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.
- Management/Lead in Water Transfer one year experience
- Project Management in construction
- Detail oriented with a priority in safe work for self and others
- Preform mechanical hookups and de-mobs of water transfer equipment
- Operated pumping facilities to deliver water volumes
