The opportunity

The Wavespace process facilitator will help manage the end-to-end delivery of Wavespace sessions, with special attention to event support and logistics. The Wavespace process facilitator will need to be in constant communication with experience management leads, as well as work cross functionally with engagement teams, designers, and IT/facilities support, to ensure seamless execution of the session. The process facilitator acts as a project manager, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed by the team prior to the session, and ensuring that the production and account teams are clear on process and session objectives.

In this role, you’ll work on a dynamic mix of projects helping our clients solve some of their most pressing issues. Working in diverse, inclusive teams to build relationships with our clients, you’ll deliver innovative high-quality work products. As a wavespace Process Facilitator, you’ll help design experiences, both bespoke and repeatable, to be used across wavespace for a diverse roster of clients.


Your key responsibilities

  • Manage team task board, ensuring all logistics and session artifacts are completed prior to the session
  • Create and maintain session channels, ensuring information is up to date and all team members have access to necessary resources
  • Coordinate internal resources and external support for the flawless execution of multiple sessions
  • In-depth understanding of session purpose and objectives in order to manage changes to session scope and timing
  • Own relationships with facilities support and IT teams
  • Ensure timely completion of session outputs
  • Work with the Experience Leader/Manager to define strategy and design for customer experience
  • Support clients in the use of collaboration software being used in the client experience
  • Offer ideas on how to approach client challenges including industry trends and user experience
  • Take a collaborative approach to work, with motivation to develop your skills by taking ownership of new challenges and have a genuine interest in solving complex business problems

  • Experience translating business requirements and goals, end user needs and inputs from cross-functional teams into differentiated design solutions.
  • Demonstrated technical capabilities and professional knowledge of digital media.


To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Approximately 3 years of work experience in Customer or User Experience Strategy / Research, Business Strategy, or Project Management.
  • Past experience in consulting, CX Practice in a Fortune 500 firm, or agency in a media management or digital creative experience in a client facing role.
  • Cross-functional experience working with both internal and 3rd party development teams and project management experience working with both creative agencies, brands or in a consulting capacity. Experience interfacing with clients and Rich Media Vendors.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit who is excited by ambiguity, operates autonomously and is able to make informed decisions on the fly, grounded in a CX point of view.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, InVision, Keynote, OmniGraffle, Sketch or other design technologies.
  • Proven proficiency in the strategic design process of projects, including the overall Customer Experience / Digital Strategy and execution. Assist with the development of customer personas, journey maps, and roadmaps as part of the overall future state vision.
  • A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally to meet client needs 50% of the time.


Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • Experience that spans across UX, business, operations, web engineering, and design. That is, you should feel comfortable talking to other business stakeholders, UX and visual designers as well as technologists and developers.
  • People management experience with both project teams and individual direct reports.
  • Deep understanding of Wavespace organizational structure and ability to maintain and own relationships with facilities management, IT support, and external vendors.
