Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and operation of Eye-Kraft’s frame and lens program. The Frame Program Manager curates Eye-Kraft’s annual frame program and manages release and maintenance of the Program Catalog. This position also supervises and manages frame room staff to fill frame orders for customers both in bulk and with supply frame orders. Travel to Vision Expo on an annual basis should be expected.
Essential Functions:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and maintains the Eye-Kraft frame and lens program cycle
- Works with frame vendors to identity and select program frames for each program year
- Select frames with appropriate value, style and fashion for served market segments
- Monitor frame use and quality, and discontinue or phase out program frames as needed
- Interfaces with vendors for daily operational service needs, orders, and requests
- Monitors main program models for backorder or obsolescence issues and communicates with customers through customer service on delays and alternatives
- Supervises frame room staff daily in filling frame orders for customers
- Fill in for frame room production when needed for absences or increased volume
- Monitor and supervise the strategic account drop-ship frame function
- Manages the employee eyewear benefit program
- Perform additional duties or lab projects as assigned by the Vice President of Operations or CEO
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable, honest, dependable, and able to give and follow written and verbal instructions
- 3 years optical frame buying experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- American Board of Opticianry certification highly desired
- Computer experience, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task office environment.
- Have an eye for attention to detail, current optical fashion trends and symmetry
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, vendors, and customers in a clear, concise manner

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
