Manage and Supervise Call Center Specialists a team of Call Center Specialist starting January 2024.
You will supervise a team of four Call Center Specialists responsible for the following tasks:
- Completing FHA surveys to screen for FHA violations
- Provide general information regarding consumer rights under FHA laws
- Coordinate with FHA Paralegals
You must have the following:
- Excellent communications skills
- Bilingual a preferred (Spanish)
- Engaging, friendly, competitive determined personality
- Excellent computer skills, with strong Internet skills.
- Minimum Associate's degree with 2 years relevant work experience (Prefer BA/BS)
- Leadership experience
- Must be fully vaccinated and boostered against COVID-19
