Promotional product supplier is seeking for very organized Sales Representative (incoming only)/Account Manager with great customer service skills. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of the promotional products industry is definitely a plus!
Responsibilities
- Answer calls and email quotations
- Develop inbound sales leads through follow-ups
- Establish rapport and maintain contact with current and potential clients.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and emails
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- At least 1-3 years' of sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - perfect written & spoken English
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Team player
- Fast learner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
