YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As an Ecommerce/Logistics Associate for Zegna, you will play a key role within in managing all aspects of quality control within the warehouses and based in the NY Showroom, NJ Warehouse and remotely. You will be responsible for resolving inventory discrepancies between the warehouses and Zegna Ecommerce business.
This role is based in our NYC Office.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Ecommerce Reviews E-commerce order flow and monitor warehouse performance (direct and e-concession businesses) Manage Bloomingdales fulfillment flow, cancellations and returns Assist with set-up, training and fulfillment management of new e-concession businesses Ensures on-time delivery to end customer. Coordinate with warehouse on expedited shipments, priority orders and order delays. Manages UPS tools for shipping exceptions to customers and return management. Coordinates with store teams and monitors transfers between stores and central warehouse. (ensure timely fulfillment and correct tracking numbers) Oversees quality control for returns, manages refurbishing of product Conducts training and audits on packing standards Escalates and follows-up with headquarters IT team for any order issues to ensure resolution Liaison between Customer Service call center and warehouse for return and order issues Act as point of contact for finance on any charge backs. Manage on-hold orders Run and distribute Reports for Ecommerce returns/orders Send to warehouse with additional instructions Send daily report to ecomm team with status update Manage levels of ecommerce supplies Logistics Organize with the warehouse manpower according to historical data and promotions/events. Oversees quality control for returns, manages refurbishing of product Manage levels of refurbishing supplies and packing materials.
Management of inventory discrepancies (for E09/436 in DSV)
Coordination for retail and merchandising with requests that are coming out of E09/436
Create RST documents when needed
Communicate Fix cost list for E09/436
Process ecommerce returns for Canada
Transfers from Outlets back to E09/436.
WHO YOU ARE: 2-3 years of Logistics/Warehouse experience. Retail Operations experience a plus. Understanding of the luxury product market, including product quality, fabrics, and care. Must be independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and organized, along with excellent communication skills. Excellent project management and analytical skills. Proficient in Excel & PC operations. The hiring range for this position ranges from $55,000-$65,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
