Our company is looking for an Operation Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our company. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, and take care walk in customers, updating paperwork and follow up shipping status, and performing other general operation duties and errands.
In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write, speak and read clearly bilingual both in Mandarin and English and be proficient with word processing applications. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.
Operation Assistant Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Take care walk in customers.
- Updating paperwork, create shipping labels, and follow up shipping status.
- Performing general office duties and errands.
- Aiding with client reception as needed.
- Experience as a virtual assistant.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- Ensure warehouse and office work smoothly.
Operation Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma or associate’s degree.
- Experience as an operation assistant or in related field.
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Great communication skills.
- Have a valid driver license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,200.00 per month
